A great development from Austria, the thinnest wire in the world, and what the Germans are doing with it.
The Austrians developed the thinnest wire in the world. When it was finished, they wanted to know its diameter. However, the wire is so thin they can't measure it.<\/p>\n
Says one Austrian: \u201eLet's just send him to Germany. They are highly technologized. Maybe they can measure him.\u201c<\/p>\n
The other one says, \u201eNo, we won't expose ourselves like that. Let's send him to America first. They are also highly developed.\u201c<\/p>\n
So pack the wire in a box and include a note asking them to measure the wire's diameter. After two weeks, the box returns with a reply note: \u201eUnfortunately, we cannot measure this wire. Too thin.\u201c<\/p>\n
Then the Austrian says again: \u201cWe'll have to send him to Germany.\u201d<\/p>\n
The other says: \u201cNo, we're sending him to China. That's where microchips are made. They can definitely measure him there.\u201d<\/p>\n
Easier said than done. They include another note asking to measure the wire. It takes another two weeks, and then the box is back.
\nUnfortunately, we cannot measure this wire. Too thin.\u201c<\/p>\n
One Austrian says: \u201cNow Germany is all we have left.\u201d<\/p>\n
The other says: \u201cHmm. Alright then. Let's send him to Germany.\u201d<\/p>\n
So the wire is packed back into a box and sent to Germany. However, the Austrians forget to include a note stating what they actually want.<\/p>\n
After 2 weeks, the package returns from Germany with a note from the German Engineers:<\/p>\n
