Er heisst &#8222;The Mean Green&#8220; und enth\u00e4lt jede Menge guter Sachen.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>But first, I'll explain to you why I prefer green juices over green smoothies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green juices<\/strong>\u00a0are highly concentrated and easily digestible nutrient bombs for detoxification. They supply your body with vitamins, minerals, secondary plant compounds, and enzymes quickly and easily. Instead of throwing everything into a blender as usual, you simply juice fruits and vegetables. Together with a lot of plant greens, this results in a very liquid, green plant juice, in contrast to <strong>Green Smoothies<\/strong>, where the entire fruit and plant are crushed in a container.<\/p>\n<h2>Green juices are easy to digest<\/h2>\n<p>Green juices are better tolerated than green smoothies, and as a beginner, you can make fewer mistakes. For example, root vegetables (carrots, beets, etc.) can be juiced with fruits without causing digestive problems.<\/p>\n<p>Or is your body overwhelmed by the large amount of fiber in green smoothies? Then green juices can also be a better starting point. Green juices are also a good alternative for Vata or Vata-Pitta types according to Ayurveda, who tend to tolerate green smoothies less well.<\/p>\n<h2>Green juices give you an energy boost<\/h2>\n<p>The simple sugars contained (glucose, fructose) enter the blood faster and cause blood sugar levels to rise very quickly, giving your body an energy boost, but also leading to an abrupt drop.<br \/>\nEven so, I feel sustainably energized after half a liter of green plant juice. I prefer to buy everything organic, but of course that's up to each individual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#e5e54c;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#FFFF66;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2 cucumbers<br \/>\n8 stalks of celery<br \/>\n4 green apples (tart)<br \/>\n16 leaves of kale (stems!)<br \/>\n1 lemon<br \/>\napprox. 3 cm ginger<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Now throw everything into a juicer and then strain it. This will save you all the foam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And now, cheers!
