Wenn ihr wie ich, nach der Arbeit <!--more-->gerne noch etwas Sport macht, dann ist dieser Salat ideal, um euch wieder zu Kr\u00e4ften zu bringen. Seit einigen Wochen k\u00f6nnte ich mich fast haupts\u00e4chlich von Quinoa ern\u00e4hren, neben gr\u00fcnen S\u00e4ften und Smoothies und ich kann von dem Zeug einfach nicht genug bekommen =)<\/p>\n<p>Quinoa ist ein sogenanntes Superfood. Es ist eine super pflanzliche Eiweissquelle, die alle neun essentiellen Aminos\u00e4uren enth\u00e4lt. Ausserdem ist es glutenfrei und kann daher bei Getreideunvertr\u00e4glichkeiten problemlos gegessen werden. Das sogenannte Inka-Korn ist auf dem Vormarsch und ihr solltet es unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Aber nicht immer sind die Sachen nat\u00fcrlich in Bio-Qualit\u00e4t verf\u00fcgbar.
