So we still had quite a bit of spinach left over and I just love spinach! Especially in the form of a salad. In winter, that's often a challenge, as winter spinach is usually tough to chew \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->We bought our spinach at the farmer's market, so it was naturally very fresh and juicy.
