Green juice for more energy! What could be better? So, I have a recipe for you here for a really good green juice for more energy. Especially when you're \u201estarting\u201c to exercise again, you should provide your body with enough energy. In a natural way, you give your body all the necessary minerals, vitamins, and trace elements. Green juices are particularly rich in these. <strong>Micronutrients<\/strong>, in contrast to macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates, and proteins) do not provide the body with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">direct<\/span> They provide energy, yet are essential for the human and also the animal organism. Ich bevorzuge alles in Bio-Qualit\u00e4t zu kaufen, aber das ist nat\u00fcrlich jedem selbst \u00fcberlassen. Und manchmal bekommt man nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht alles in Bio-Qualit\u00e4t. Dieser quetscht den Saft aus der Frucht und dem Gem\u00fcse raus, ohne es zu zerschneiden und es dadurch zu erw\u00e4rmen. Es ist vergleichbar mit Oliven\u00f6l, das kaltgepresst wurde. Man erh\u00e4lt die h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t und sp\u00fcrt dies deutlich im Geschmack und in der Cremigkeit. Seit mehreren Jahren habe ich einen Hurom Slow Juicer HH\u00a0im Einsatz. Dieser ist sehr einfach zu reinigen (nur klares Wasser), sofern an den Reinigungsvorgang nicht einen Tag sp\u00e4ter startet \ud83d\ude42 und der Saft schmeckt vorz\u00fcglich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch nach mehreren Jahren l\u00e4uft dieser Entsafter nach wie vor einwandfrei. Er ist meist 1x die Woche im Einsatz, da wir auch noch einen Highspeed Juicer und einen Mixer haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hurom-europe.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hurom Website<\/a> findet ihr weitere Daten und Infos, die euch bei der Auswahl behilflich sind. Aber es gibt nat\u00fcrlich auch viel andere gute Marken. Schau dir am besten immer die Testergebnisse an. Da machst du dann am Ende nichts falsch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welchen Entsafter solltest du verwenden?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist nat\u00fcrlich Geschmackssache. Ihr solltet wissen: Ein Slow Juicer ben\u00f6tigt, wie es der Name schon sagt, l\u00e4nger als ein Highspeed Juicer. Highspeed Juicer sind die, die man normalerweise verwendet. Sie kosten gut 70% weniger als Slow Juicer, aber der Geschmack ist auch dementsprechend etwas leerer. Ich nehme mir gerne die Zeit und warte auf meinen leckeren gr\u00fcnen Saft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Gem\u00fcse und die Fr\u00fcchte muss man f\u00fcr einen Slow Juicer sch\u00f6n klein schneiden oder zumindest in Streifen. Bei einem Highspeed Juicer kann man hingegen ganze \u00c4pfel zerkleinern \ud83d\ude42 Lest euch da mal im Internet ein. Das Panorama Knife, mit dem Thema <a href=\"https:\/\/lenzerheide.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lenzerheide\/Arosa<\/a>. Das Messer sieht nicht nur l\u00e4ssig aus, sondern schneidet auch noch super gut. Die Klinge, die die Gipfel des entsprechenden Gebiets abbildet, nutzt sich langsamer ab, als gew\u00f6hnliche glatte Klingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Haltbarkeit des Saftes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Saft h\u00e4lt sich im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 72 Stunden (3 Tage). Nat\u00fcrlich schmeckt er frisch am besten, aber der Geschmack l\u00e4sst nur minimal nach. Ich verwende ausschliesslich Glasflaschen, um S\u00e4fte abzuf\u00fcllen. Sonst sollte man auf BPA-freie Kunststoffflaschen zur\u00fcckgreifen. Noch ein Tipp f\u00fcr unterwegs. Gerade im Sommer kannst du den Saft einfach einfrieren. Achte darauf, dass du das Glas nicht ganz voll machst \ud83d\ude42 So bleibt dein Saft lange frisch \u00fcber den Tag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und nun noch einige Fotos, die die Zubereitung und das Ergebnis zeigen.
