Perfekt also, um Frooggies&nbsp;Fruchtpulver zu leckeren zuckerfreien Rezepten zu verarbeiten. Wir haben lange experimentiert und unsere eigenen leckeren Rezepte entwickelt. Diese m\u00f6chte ich euch hier vorstellen, zum Nachbacken, Nachmixen und einfach Nachprobieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst aber: Was ist Frooggies?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frooggies &#8211; 100% nat\u00fcrliche Fruchtpulver<\/h1>\n\n\n\n[Promotion] Ich mache es mir mal einfach und kopiere den Text der Frooggies Website hier rein \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8222;frooggies ist ein nat\u00fcrlicher und geschmacksintensiver Zusatz f\u00fcr Joghurts, M\u00fcslis, S\u00fcsses, Smoothies und noch vieles mehr! Die Fruchtpulver von frooggies sind 100 % nat\u00fcrlich, ohne zugesetzten Zucker und frei von Zusatzstoffen und Geschmacksverst\u00e4rkern \u2013 ein reines Naturprodukt. Schonend getrocknete und feingemahlene Fr\u00fcchte. Und sonst? Nichts!&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est \u00e7a. Damit wisst ihr, was wir hier haupts\u00e4chlich in unseren zuckerfreien Rezepten verarbeiten. Dennoch m\u00f6chte ich euch ein kleines Rezeptchen an die Hand geben, das euch als Basis dient.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"su-note\"  style=\"border-color:#e5e54c;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" style=\"background-color:#FFFF66;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;\"><div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-info-circle\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> 100 g Spinat<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-info-circle\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> 1 Bund Petersilie<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-info-circle\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> 1 Mango<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-info-circle\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> etwas Ingwer<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-info-circle\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> Bananen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zum Mixen gebt ihr etwas Wasser dazu. Die Bananen dann erst am Schluss dazugeben. Schaut, wie viele Bananen ihr braucht, damit der Smoothie richtig sch\u00f6n cremig wird. Zudem k\u00f6nnt ihr zum S\u00fcssen noch ein paar Datteln reinmixen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Dekorieren verwende ich Fr\u00fcchte und K\u00f6rner sowie Samen und Haferflocken. Auch Haferkleie eignet sich gut. Last but least, 1-2 EL Frooggies Fruchtpulver. Das schmeckt absolut k\u00f6stlich dazu und man kann tolle Gesichter auf seine Smoothiebowl zaubern \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frooggies Power Shake &#8211; Power for the Day<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist wohl das einfachste Rezept. Hierzu braucht ihr eine Packung Protein Power Shake, den ihr \u00fcber den Online Shop ganz easy bestellen k\u00f6nnt. Mit ca. einem Liter Milch in den Mixer geben und &#8222;Start&#8220; dr\u00fccken. Lecker und voller Energie k\u00f6nnt ihr so in den Tag starten. Ach nein, es heisst ja neu Haferdrink und Reisdrink \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zuckerfreie Rezepte &#8211; Muffins<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja, so etwas gibt es auch und nochmal ja, zuckerfrei kann auch super lecker sein. Wie in diesem Fall: Die zuckerfreien Muffins bekommen mit Frooggies eine k\u00f6stlichen s\u00fcssen und fruchtigen Geschmack. Wir geben meist Heidelbeeren dazu und mischen das Wildheidelbeerpulver drunter. Absolut zu empfehlen! Sie eignen sich bestens dazu Speisen zu verfeinern. Allerdings sollten sie frische Fr\u00fcchte und frisches Gem\u00fcse niemals ersetzen. Daher ab zum Bauer oder zum Supermarkt und frische Sachen einkaufen. Sollten dann eure Bananen nicht nach Bananen schmecken, ab in den Mixer, Milch dazu und 2 L\u00f6ffel Frooggies Banane dazu.
