The warmer season is approaching, and the dishes are getting lighter and lighter. So it's perfect for transforming Frooggies fruit powder into delicious sugar-free recipes. We've experimented for a long time and developed our own tasty recipes. I'd like to present them to you here, for you to bake, mix, and simply try.
But first: What are Frooggies?

Summer Dressing – Fruity Salad Sauce for Warm Days

This is my favorite dressing. As I said, absolutely delicious on warm days. With the Frooggies fruit powder, it gets a little kick and a wonderfully fruity flavor.
- Parsley
- 1 TL Frooggies (Mango or peach is delicious)
- 1 lemon
- 1 shallot
- 2 El Olive Oil
- Some salt and pepper
Juice the lemon, chop the parsley and onion (preferably in a food processor *g*) and mix with everything else. Yummy!
Smoothie Bowl - The Healthy Breakfast
Yum, Yum-Yum, Yummiiieee…A smoothie bowl in the morning and the day starts with a real energy boost.

Fantasy knows no bounds here. Nevertheless, I'd like to give you a little recipe to serve as a base.
- 100 g spinach
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 Mango
- some ginger
- Bananas
For mixing, add some water. Then add the bananas only at the end. See how many bananas you need to make the smoothie nice and creamy. You can also mix in a few dates to sweeten it.
For decoration, I use fruits, grains, seeds, and oats. Oat bran is also great. Last but not least, 1-2 tablespoons of Frooggies fruit powder. It tastes absolutely delicious with it and you can create great faces on your smoothie bowl 🙂
Frooggies Power Shake – Power for the Day
This is probably the easiest recipe. For this, you'll need a pack of Protein Power Shake, which you can easily order through the online shop. Add it to the blender with about one liter of milk and press „Start.“ Delicious and full of energy, you can start your day like this. I often drink this shake after sports too.

By the way, the shakes also taste great with oat milk or rice milk. Oh no, they're called oat drink and rice drink now 🙂
Sugar-Free Recipes - Muffins
Yes, something like that also exists, and yes again, sugar-free can also be super delicious. As in this case: The sugar-free muffins get a delicious sweet and fruity taste with Frooggies. Once you've found the base for a muffin, you can develop the most diverse creations with the countless fruit powders.

Basic recipe
- 3 eggs
- 2 TL Agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Next, add a few berries and then the suitable Frooggies powder. We usually add blueberries and mix in the wild blueberry powder. Absolutely recommended! Whichever flavor you choose, make sure the flavor complements the coconut flavor of the muffins well.
By the way, the muffins are also perfectly suited for children's birthday parties, as they are sugar-free or free of refined sugar!

Fruits and Vegetables – The Be-All and End-All
Finally, a word about quitting time =). No matter how delicious fruit powders are, they are excellent for refining food. However, they should never replace fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. Therefore, head to the farmer's market or the supermarket and buy fresh things. If your bananas don't taste like bananas, put them in the blender, add milk and 2 spoons of Frooggies Banana. Then it will be right again 🙂
