USA Day 18: After a delicious breakfast with really good coffee, today was a rest day. And so we spent the day in our suite and let ourselves be spoiled by room service.

USA Day 19: Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Birthday (2014-10-14)
USA Day 19: It's 12 o'clock, midnight. Awakened by the loudest and most terrible alarm clock imaginable,
USA Day 20: Sunset Crater, Wupatki National Monument, Flagstaff, Phoenix (2014-10-15)
USA Day 20: After a good breakfast – the Native Americans really do it well – and checking out, we set off for Wupatki National Monument.
USA Day 21: Phoenix, Desert, San Diego (2014-10-16)
USA Day 21: A meager, bad breakfast at the hotel, and then on towards Phoenix Downtown. There, we first had a delicious coffee at Starbucks and wrote a few postcards.
