USA Day 5: Conclusion in the morning: A good hotel doesn't automatically mean a better breakfast. Also, it's already the fourth day that the intruder into the White House is being reported on TV. Boring!
After a large cup of terrible coffee, we drove to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The feeding of the seals was very exciting because they were trained. Surprisingly, there was really good espresso there.
We continued along Route 99 to Grants Pass. It was a great drive through a large, green valley that somehow reminded me of home. However, the sudden appearance of elk grazing in a meadow quickly dispelled that impression. Yippee, we're still in the USA.
Arriving in Grants Pass, we found the first fast-food restaurant that has really tasty things: Taco Bell! Yummy!
After a few delicious wraps, we fell into bed, satisfied and tired.
