Finally, the summer arrived =) Even though the temperatures are a little too high (not complaining), since we just got back from Sweden. BBQing and grilling every day by the sea and lakes, I am happy to change back to a healthier life at home.
For those of you who like salads and wanna try something new, I ll just invented my own fresh fruity summer salad with gooseberries. Being rather a coincidence than something really planned, I chose following ingredients, which really work together. Try it 🙂
- 50 g Spinach
- 1 Butter-head lettuce
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 1 ripe Mango (e.g. Primagusto Coop)
- 100 g Strawberries
- 1 Apple
- 100 g Gooseberries
- 50 g Olives
- 1 handful seeds and grains
- Dennis‘ Housedressing
This dressing contains cold-pressed olive oil, red wine vinegar, 1 lemon, 2 cm jalapeño pepper, 1 onion, Himalaya salt and pepper.
This salad is vegan!
