Road Trip through Germany (April 2016)

As it beautifully says every year around Christmastime, we were drawn north again this year. Due to a lack of ice and snow in Switzerland, we decided on a small Scandinavia tour – Sweden, Norway, Finland.

What's better than relaxing and then enjoying a delicious meal?.

36.5 degrees Celsius, sun, just warm wind, and pure sweat. These are good enough reasons to leave Switzerland for a week. A quick temperature check for Reykjavik, Gothenburg, and Stockholm, and our destination ends up being Gothenburg. The reason: it's our favorite city, and the temperature is roughly the same at all three destinations. So, on Friday afternoon, we spontaneously decide to fly to Sweden on Sunday. Our Sweden Summer Holiday Trip can begin.

And off we go to the beautiful German federal capital to visit my brother 🙂 One more quick stop in Zurich, where we'll meet up at Yooji to quickly get some energy for the long flight from Basel to Berlin.

After a pleasant flight, we landed punctually in Schönefeld and were warmly welcomed by Etja and Nadja.
