USA Day 15: Hollywood, Universal City, Walk of Fame (2014-10-10)

USA Day 15: Conclusion in the morning: A very good hotel in the USA really does mean a very good breakfast, even with a cook! We are thrilled and ready for an exciting day at Universal Studios.

First, we did the guided tour through the studios. Actually, one highlight follows the next here, but the 360-degree 4D show of the new King Kong movie was really awesome. Our train crashed after a dinosaur attack in the jungle and was rescued by King Kong. How do they manage to make it so authentic? A truly intense feeling. Helene didn't find it that funny and preferred to scream and close her eyes.

We continued through Wisteria Lane (Desperate Housewives) to a Mexican town that was suddenly flooded. After our train stopped at a subway station that suddenly caught fire and collapsed, the excitement reached its peak.

The next debris field from the Stephen King movie „War of the Worlds,“ which shows the crash of a real Boeing 747, was rather relaxing for us.

By the way, you shouldn't send parents pictures of this crash scenario. That's a no-no! They'll totally misunderstand it! ☺

Sorry Mama for the sleepless night!

Now, we moved on to a trick and stunt show, where some of the tricks from Hollywood were revealed.

Afterwards, we strolled a bit more through Universal City, where everything twinkles and shines. The impressions you get here are really overwhelming.

To relax, we then continued to the Walk of Fame and afterwards finally returned to our cozy hotel.

What an exciting day!
